Fjallraven F23561457 Kanken Mini Pastel Lavender

So happy to get this cute little backpack! I’ve had my eye on the mini kanken for a while now and have done a lot of research on identifying genuine kankens, and I can confirm that I received an authentic Fjallraven kanken mini royal blue pinstripe backpack from the Zappos seller. The Swedish royal emblem on the tag is multi colored, the buttons say WASA 6, the zippers have YKK on them, and the logo patch is reflective. There is also the Swedish flag on the inside, and the stitching on the backpack is neat and professional. Depending on the year it was made, a genuine kanken might not have all of these features (I’ve heard of some real kankens not having the flag on the inside or having a sparkly logo patch instead of a reflective one) but a genuine kanken should have clean stitching and the fabric should feel stiff. I can fit a 17 oz water bottle, book, journal, wallet, and sunglasses inside with room to spare. Definitely too small to use for school in my opinion, but perfect as an everyday purse, hiking backpack, or day trip bag.

I was looking for a small backpack to wear to a music festival that I wouldn't get in trouble for, and when I found out about Fjallraven Kankens being waterproof I was on board! I ordered from the seller MilliKix because they had this super cute peachy pink color on sale even though I had just read several reviews from people who had purchased from third party sellers and ended up getting a fake bag. I figured they ship from California so it'll probably be okay. So I payed for expedited shipping (I ordered on Monday and it arrived to me Thursday afternoon) and was a bit worried because it was delivered to my mailbox (I knew authentic Kankens come with a foam board inside of it) but when I finally got it in my hands and opened it I found the foam board as well as the other things that show a Kanken's authenticity (colored Swedish seal on tag, correct spelling of fjallraven on tag, reflective tag on the front, YKK on the zippers, fox/WASA on snaps, made in Vietnam, package insert in front pocket, am I forgetting anything?) I was so pleased! So as far as the actual backpack goes, the fabric feels very sturdy. The color is bright and summery with no flaws, and it feels comfortable on my back. It fits the contents of my regular purse perfectly (full sized wallet, external battery, a medium sized toiletry bag, pack of tissues, sunglasses) and the back pocket seems like it'll be a really handy pocket for things that need to stay flat. Bought this for a trip to Italy, it came 2 months late I forgot about it. When it came I was thinking yikes I don't need it but it is so cute. Glad I kept it, get complements on it every time I wear it. even in the Fjallraven store! I put my smaller Michael Kors purse in it then I have extra room if i purchase something it goes in the bag and I put the purse over my shoulder.

I really love this brand, their backpacks are super sturdy and water resistant. I love taking this bag out when it's raining outside or when I'm hiking. The color is exactly like the picture as well. Definitely a must buy, worth the money.

I like the Kanken mini. I like the size and shape. Parts of the straps that hold the ends together hit right where my arms are and it's rough edges to scratch funny on your arms. It's annoying. If I'm wearing a long sleeve shirt it does catch on the material too. I wish they could figure out a better way to do that.

After watching countless YouTube videos to figure out a bag for my bike, I finally decided on this one. I purchased the super grey chess pattern. I actually purchased two bags. This color and the pink. When they arrived I was hoping I would love the pink color but it just wasn’t a shade I liked. Plus since I plan on using it for my bike my husband thought the grey bag would be better and not show as much dirt. The bag itself is very roomy. The size is perfect for my Portland Design Works Takeout Basket. The side pockets I put my phone and a mask for quick access. The little zipper pocket is small but enough to put my garage door opener and keys in it. The quality of the bag is very durable. I have read that there are fake bags out there and after verifying through Fjallraven site if the seller I purchased from on Amazon was authorized I felt confident in my purchase. I love the checker pattern on the straps and the color grey is perfect. Very happy with my purchase.

Durable, easy to clean, great color, perfect size for my toddler. The side pockets are useless for water bottles. Easy to carry for my 3 year old.

I am already using this brand's bags as an adult for such long time so went for my kid this time without any hesitation and it's again, same good quality product.

Mir gefällt der Rucksack sehr gut. Das nötigste passt rein. Farbe ist auch prima. Macht einen sehr robusten Eindruck. Hatte zuerst bedenken ob er zu klein bei mir als Erwachsene aussieht,aber ich finde es okay.

Es mi segunda mochila de esta marca, la primera la compré en una tienda departamental, y ahora que recibí ésta la comparé y encontré que todos los detalles de la marca que certifican que es original. En lo personal me parece una mochila muy práctica, ya que aunque es pequeña, cabe lo suficiente para ir al gimnasio, para una caminata, o simplemente para un fin de semana relajado. Sobre el color, es muy bonito. Es un color naranja oscuro, tipo shedrón. Es tal cual se ve en la foto

Great bag, very comfy to carry on your back, can fit so much into this bag. It’s fairly expensive but worth it 😊
