I am addicted - high is fiber, low in sodium and carbs - perfect snack. They probably have potassium too being that they are dried beans, but it's not listed.

These are very tasty, but I would like to learn to make them myself if that’s even a thing because for the price it’s pretty steep however, I really like the way they taste and they are low calorie and high-fiber, which is hard to find in a tasty snack that you don’t have to refrigerate.

I have ordered these again and again at the suggestion of my dietician because I needed something full of protein and with some crunch for low carbs. I tried the plain ones as well but I enjoy the flavor of this one the best
