A Working 4 Monitor Solution (I'll Never Use Splitters Again)
I use a mixed monitor set up in a recording studio; 2 standard Dell PC monitors and 2 large screen HDMI screens all physically distanced. I had an NVIDIA Quadro 4000 with a single DVI and 2 display port outputs. I quickly found out, I couldn't run the DVI out and the display port outs simultaneously with all monitors. I messed around with splitters, some of which cost close to 40% of what the NVS 510 cost, and just was not satisfied with the inflexibility. I'm glad I finally popped for the NVS 510. Not a whole lot to the install (if you're reading this you've probably installed a graphics card before). I actually put the card in, booted up the machine, and after a few restarts of Windows 10, all monitors were recognized. I give props to the vendor with all the notes included. I eventually downloaded the NVS510 specific drivers (I'm guessing I had some initial success without the download because I was already previously using an NVIDIA card). One tip I have for those that will be outputting to HDMI; get yourself a good ACTIVE display port or mini display port to HDMI adaptor. The card comes with very good mini display port to display port adaptors, but I went out and got my own mini display port to DVI and mini display port to HDMI adaptors. While I had success with the mini display port to DVI, I got consistent flickering and intermittent flashes of the black screen of death with the amazon basics brand of mini display port to HDMI adaptors. I realized I had some left over display port to HDMI adaptors (used with my old card) and used those in conjunction with the adaptors provided with the NVS card, and the HDMI displays are now rock solid with no flicker or intermittent black out. I eventually went with IOGEAR's brand of mini display port to HDMI active adaptors. The card works great (tiny compared to the Q4000), displays look good, and I'm considering running another card for a further output to 4 additional monitors in the future. In my opinion, this purchase was good value for money.

Great Value, Excellent Support.
Efficient design with good value. The best part is the support you get when you run into problems. I had issues after windows updates and Don was most helpful. Thank you.

Easy to set up but died 7 months later.
It was easy to set up with three monitors, two in portrait mode. Clearly they are not plugged in proper order as the boot system writes to one of the portrait modes sideways which is still disconcerting when there is a problem. However it works with my 4K main monitor and is 2K with the side monitors using DVI which was expected. The 4K monitor is really crisp even with single pixel width fonts.Update:7 months after installation it died in late September 2021 from a dead fan. This is the third fan wearing out in video cards killing each- all different cards and different sized fans. Yet I have had numerous fans in my computers that have been running many years without problems.

works on Linux Mint 20 at 4k
Works on Linux Mint 20 serving 2 Dasung E-Ink 13.3 @ 2600 40 Hz (monitor limitation) and 1 24" LCD at 4k @ 60 Hz, and will likely serve 4 LCD at 4k @ 60 Hz simultaneously. Connector dongles hold on really well, as apposed to some cheaper one's we have all be stuck with. I'm very happy with this given my needs and the price. I don't expect this to drive any gaming-worthy graphics, but for getting 4 x 4k @ 60 Hz for an upgraded tower for text (coding) this is a great solid inexpensive solution. I am using the nvidia-driver-390 Oubuntu package under the driver manager.

Video Card that handles 4 screens and comes with everything you need to install
Comes with half and full brackets, 4 mini-display port to Display Port dongles, and lot's of instructions on how/where to get latest video driver(s) and such. Was impressed by seller's very detailed added instructions on installation and driver updates.
