Perfect for my home gym... and also for travel. I had to buy a few extra handles and anchors, but now I can work out nearly every muscle group. I love that the straps are covered, as I always worried about getting hit if a strap broke. This takes that worry away. There are resistance levels from light to heavy, again working every single muscle group, perfect from physical therapy to heavy. If you need heavier, you can double up or triple the straps for extra stretch and resistance. Great value as you get a complete home gym for one low price.

My favorite resistance bands, I’ve tried a variety of bands and this one feels the best. The elastic feels better on the muscles and I seem to get a better pump. If they could just sell the bands without the handles it would be better. I’ve tried the expensive ones and compared it to these and prefer these overall. Not a fan of the outer layer though. Although they break a bit faster still recommend. If they added another band inside the tube could be better. Idk 10/10.

These have performed well so far. The handles that come with these are nice, and seem very sturdy. My only complaint has nothing to do with the bands themselves. These bands were listed as “frequently bought with…” the BodyBoss 2.0 - Full Portable Home Gym Workout Package, and that should be removed. These are longer bands and do not work well with the BodyBoss 2.0 - Full Portable Home Gym Workout Package. I bought the boss because we don’t have room for a Peloton and a weight set so the body boss does a good job for resistance strength training, but these bands are not a part of that. I have these in hooks from the ceiling and around a pole in our garage to do exercises not associated with the body boss.

After the pandemic stuff took over, I was searching desperately for more gear for my home gym. I have a few bands already, and after experimenting with them I realized I really like them and they're super useful and flexible I started searching high and low for a quality band set. The problem is, as a bodybuilder, your average 5,10, and 20lb bands are NOT enough. This is a problem. So the search began. I searched high, I searched low. I finally stumbled upon this set. After lots of reading, analyzing and comparison I decided to do it. I was experiencing some issues with shipping so I messaged the seller. They were VERY responsive, they gave me their word and they 100% followed through with what they said they would do. This is a huge A++ for me Next, they finally arrived! Wow they are nice. I wouldn't say they are "gym quality".. and by that, I mean if they were put in a gym I do not feel they could survive 100+ different blokes messing with them every day, all day long. BUT, with that said.. for an individual (or 2) working out at home, they are 100% perfect. They are just the right length, they offer a ton of different weights (and you can combine multiple weights on the handles to equate to 225lbs total!!), and not only do they offer 2 handles.. but they offer 2 ankle pieces (which can also be worn on the wrists) and 2 pieces you stick on top of or under a door frame to give you a solid backing. The quality of the bands is high.. all of the bands come with a sheathing over them which prevents you from getting hurt in the event that one breaks (ya.. 50lbs of energy in a rubber band is VERY bad news otherwise..), they are all heat shrink-wrapped on the ends of the connectors and the connectors all seem sturdy. I'm 1,000% happy with this set and let me tell you.. the weight ratings are real. I haven't found a way to actually measure them, but as a bodybuilder, using the 50lb band alone really put a hurting on... I can't imagine using all 225lbs just yet.

These bands are extremely sturdy and well made. The clips are a bit bigger and lot more sturdy than any other band sets I have purchased. Accessories are also very nice and well made. Material covering the bands looks very durable and works great. I am very happy with this purchase and will be looking for more exercise items from this manufacturer and seller. Everything was extremely well packaged too which I appreciate.

I had purchased two sets of these bands so I could pair them for different workouts. The one set seems fine. Each band was individually wrapped in plastic. The other set arrived in the original tote bag, but the bands were not wrapped in plastic. When using the unwrapped set, there was a noticeable difference in elasticity. These bands seemed stretched out with a lot more give than the wrapped set. It makes pairing them difficult because one band doesn't have the same level of resistance as the other. I'm assuming that this was a returned item. I was under the impression that I was receiving brand new items only. The second issue I ran into wasn't a flaw with the bands themselves, but more of an issue with what I wanted to use them for. I bought these to pair with my BodyBoss system. The bands are almost twice as long as the BodyBoss bands, which means they require a good deal of manipulation/looping to work with the BodyBoss platform. I think in time I will sort it out, but it will definitely take some getting used to. I have only used these bands once so I cannot attest to the durability. I will add an update after a few months of use.
