I really like my Sweat Waist Trimmer Belt. The Velcro is really strong and it fits nicely around my waist. It's very comfortable, and I have no worries of it moving around. When I work out it stays in place and does it job of making me sweat! I would purchase it again and highly recommend it for anyone who wants that extra sweat around the waist!

It did its job and made me sweat double time. I did notice once I got soaked it rode up causing me to have to keep pulling it down but not that big of a deal to me but the reason for 4 stars. Otherwise, im satisfied with my purchase and cant wait to continue using it for my workouts. The velcro seems sturdy and remains secure amd is super adjustable to account for weight fluctuation. Before I put it on my back was tight and I wasn't sure if working out would be a good idea but once I secured it, it provided excellent back support. Im 175lbs with a 31in waist and I ordered a size small. Pictures of my sweat for reference lol

I love this waist trainer! Helps me sweat and keep me together.

Length is definitely long and wide! Covers my whole belly, I definitely should’ve went down a size but that’s okay. At the time of starting wearing I am 5’4” and was 200lbs. This thing definitely helps break a sweat. I use it with the heat cream around my stomach because my lower belly always stays cold when working out and I’m trying to target that the most. Velcro is really strong. I definitely recommend getting the cleaning spray. Super comfortable to wear during workouts.

Even if it’s a gimmick, which I think it is, I’m skeptical, I still love how it holds me in while working out & all the sweat I can visually see after the workout is worth it. I always think sweat is fat crying - so it makes me feel better, motivates me, and that’s what’s important.

We bought these to use in conjunction with the smart hoops we purchased. It is a game changer. The hoop rotates around them smoothly and we sweat a ton!! We also use them for weights and core training! Great product!

I've been a fan of Sports Research products forever. I used their original waist trimmer in pink for many years paired with a gel stick and saw great results paired with high intensity cardio and staying hydrated. I just went back to the gym after my second baby and after so many years of use, my beloved pink waist trimmer desperately needed to be replaced. After much debate, I decided to try the XC (Extra Coverage) waist trimmer. SO glad I did. Even better then the original. I sweat more than ever. Really happy with how high it goes up my back, reaching the bottom of my bra. Im fully covered all around. I pair this with a sweet sweat unscented gel stick and I'm very happy with my results again so far. Will buy again.
