These are the perfect for anti-slipping on stairs. Just make sure the surface is clean and not porous like cement blocks. The adhesive is strong and a roller is furnished for air bubbles. I highly recommend this product!

Works better than expected. It was easy to install, not very noticeable, fix the issue of slipperiness and few month after installation is going strong. My advice is to wipe each steps thoroughly and then wipe it again right before you attach each sticker. Tiny specks of dust were not visible right away, but showed up as air bubbles few weeks later

I installed this on interior wooden stairs made of walnut after both me and my wife slipped down them on Christmas morning. They are mostly transparent, about as good as I expected. Installation wasn't too difficult, but I did waste 2 strips trying to figure out the best approach. My opinion, expect to use 1 strip as a test. I also strongly recommend buying a decent 4"-6" ink or craft roller if you don't have one. The kit comes with one, but a good roller makes a significant difference. I laid each strip on the steps prior to removing the backing, marked where it should go, then slowly peeled the backing off while rolling the strip. You need to have the strip lined up properly, so you can avoid peeling it off and repositioning it. That just leads to the strip peeling up later.

Stairway deaths in the U.S. are second only to death by automobile accident. There are over a million emergency room visits annually from stairway falls that have caused concussions to broken bones. I don't want someone getting hurt or dying in my house. Nor to I want to get sued. I was skeptical of these treads at first but once I opened the box I was relieved. These are thick treads that are almost invisible on my hardwood stairs. I've ordered another box for the stairs that go to the basement. A++

It took me about 2 hours to install 2 sets of these strips to a total of 26 inside wood steps (including wiping down each step to insure a clean surface). While I cannot comment on the durability yet, the material seems robust and the supplemental traction was felt immediately. We have two large dogs who were always a bit tentative going down the steps. Saw an immediate improvement in their confidence afterwards. Same with me in socks!

Good quality. I appreciate the roller that came along and it was helpful in attaching the tapes even though I got quite a lot of bubbles under them. I was aware that it wouldn't be a good idea to detach them later and decided to keep them attached forever lol Just wish there were more options in number of the tapes because I've got just two stairs left without tapes.

Product shipped overnight. I hadn't realized it came rolled up in a small box, so was a little concerned it might cause issues with installation. However, as soon as I took them out, they laid flat and the adhesion was great! No curling at all!Had to slightly re-position a couple of times, but was relatively easy to pull back up (prior to rolling)...did not compromise the adhesive. Might not be so great if you had it pressed down and tried to pull back up, but for small adjustments was fine.Wasn't sure if the roller was doing anything, but on the lower half of the stairs (different lighting) I could see it looked like it was sticking down better after the rolling.Only had to trim one to fit a corner stair, and the material easy to cut. I was also able to slide it a bit so the cut end tucked under the baseboard on the wall.Overall, these are really unobtrusive and add just enough extra grip. Bought them because I have a friend's dog with me for a few months and he was skittering a bit on the laminate. These made an instant difference.

Fantastic, put on our wooden stairs to the loft room, these have always been very slippery and always had to wear shoes to climb.Did as advertised and stairs now much safer and can step on treads wearing socks
