Good quality product that fulfills all it's claims.
I am very pleased with this item!Setting up to start with was very easy.The item connected immediately to my Bluetooth device,without any problems.I can now safely answer incoming calls hands free and clearly , as the sound quality and microphone are excellent.In short I am delighted with this product.Well worth the price.An all round Well Done!!

Not loud enough
Great battery life and clear sound but not very loud, despite having same size speaker as my previous one it's just too quiet even on maximum. This is unfortunate as otherwise it's very good.

Dided after 3 months would not charge!
Worked great till it didn't. Lasted only 3 months and then died once it needed to be recharged again. 0/10
