Great insoles
This is my 3rd pair of these over the past few years. They have fantastic support for daily use and sports alike. I have used them for numerous long-distance hikes of over 600 miles each, daily wear in my shoes, and working out on a treadmill. I find the heel cup to be a great width unlike some of the other off-the-shelf insoles which tend to have a narrow heel cup and can cause blisters, whereas this heal cup has ample room and is very comfortable.

The best insole for plantar fasciitis
I have plantar fasciitis. It got so bad that I could barely walk or put weight on my foot. Even the stretches didn’t help. I tried multiple insoles in the hope of getting some relief. None of them did anything. I finally stumbled onto these. They are not cheap and I hesitated. But I was desperate so I eventually ordered them. They definitely feel very different initially, almost like the arch support is in the wrong place. But I decided to try them for a week and see if they would help. To my surprise, after a few days my feet started to feel better. Is it a complete cure? Maybe not. My plantar fasciitis still hurts a little. But I can walk 3 miles a day without problems. These insole feel wonderful, like they are giving my feet a massage every day. I now have two pairs and plan to try Birkenstock shoes at some point. Excellent insoles. I would give them 10 stars if I could.

Comfortable!
These insoles are the best for walking or hiking and are very supportive for feet and ankles that tend to pronate or supinate.

Great support but very uncomfortable
These have excellent support but are extremely hard, uncomfortable for me. I have Birkenstock sandals and love them but these were over the top hard.

It definitely supports
I thought I was ready for the Birkenstock arch support experience but my feet are still adjusting! Great quality insole, I put them in my walking shoes and it’s been a bit of a painful adjustment to get my arches used to them but it is getting better! My shoes are wide so the insoles are a bit narrow for them but overall still work out nicely!

Highly recommended and I see why
They're expensive I get it but any decent insole is over $60 now and these I believe are superior to the foam and plastic. I plan to take care of them and we'll see. Support is solid. Two piece design would be tough to get in a shoe if you don't have the right size so make sure you order your shoe size

Save money on expensive shoes or orthotics
I spent 2 years dealing with foot pain for various reasons mainly planters fasciitis . Went to a podiatrist as well as physical therapy and an Orthotics specialist. Finally I found these bad boys. Now I wear them in all my shoes and work boots. I've tried a couple different versions of the birkenstock inserts. They all feel pretty good. I like this one best since it has the classic cork heel pad. They take about a week to form to your foot/break in. Life changer for sure.

Not what was expected.
To start, I did not use the cork heal insert as not was for the intended use, only the blue insole was used. I bought these based on a couple of positive recommendations - my recommendation, if only looking for the blue insert thinking it will be remotely like that of an actual Birkenstock footbed (I was not anticipating it was exact or even similar based on the materials, etc), steer clear of this insert. The blue part is simply some shaped very thin foam. I feel like I could have cut some foam off a roll at a hardware store and had better comfort.
