It never came with a chain to hang it up,it came with straps.

Great Value for money, son loves it,but delivery driver,RUBBISH, left it on door step,we didn't know it was there,until our dog wouldn't stop barking at the door,

This is fantastic value for money. I originally wanted a 5ft one but they were out of stock so went with the 4ft. I was expecting a short thinnish bag but was pleasantly surprised when it arrived. It’s the perfect width for at home boxing and 4ft is absolutely big enough for most peoples needs.I have put this In my garage which is a standard height so anything offer would have been to near the ground for my liking.The bracket fixings aren’t great so I did buy some different ones but for the price that didn’t bother me.The bag is tough and heavy enough not to swing too much. The boxing gloves that come with it are fine for a little home fitness!All the other little bits all add to the value for money. The skipping rope is only a light cheap one but again functions absolutely fine.The fact the bag is properly filled am well made. The drop chain is strong and well made and the bracket is pretty good you can’t fault it for the price. Bracket does lean down a bit with the weight of the bag but holds it up fine.Would highly recommend for someone wanting to get fit at home. It really is a good workout doing even 10 minutes on the bag!

Got this for my 13 year old son for his 13th birthday, he hasn't used it as of yet but I had it out box and everything was there and everything looks good will post pics when it's up and he's using it. Thank you

Missing parts (fixtures) as shown in addrust on the all metal parts and they do not line up I now have a very unhappy autistic son the metal was so bad the paint did not even stay on sending back 😡
