Make sure you remove the 2 screws and this is an easy fix and works perfectly!

Installation Completed
Per another reviewer, I removed the two screws on the face of the vent cover and flipped it up to install the flapper. That trick made it very simple to install in about 10 minutes. It took longer to get the ladder and set it up!

Don't forget to lock it down.
Exact replacement for my camper range hood vent cover. Easy to replace. Was going to replace the whole vent as I didn't lock it down when driving. Typed in the brand and the part popped up. Very pleased. Saw a few bad reviews, not sure why. Perfect fit, and would buy again.

Won't fit in until the entire unit is removed.
Hadn't been able to replace my existing one with the other whole unit I bought. I thought I would purchase this, in the hopes of installing it, without removing the unit, but it doesn't work that way. I'm keeping for an extra and do hope the entire unit which appears to be the same size that is broke will work. But I haven't had time to replace it. I'll give an update when I do.

It will fit once i figure out the best way to install without breaking a tab again. Would have been nice to have some installation directions. I guessed with the first replacement flap and broke one of the tabs so had to order another. Virtually identical to the original i was trying to replace.
