This product is good for hair growth, hair strengthening and keeping scalp healthy. I have tried this and the taste is not bad. Since it hs not been much time so I can't really comment about the effects of this but till now its been good consuming this.

While I do notice some regrowth and stronger hair after one month of use, I will probably not buy again due to the taste. It honestly tastes like some chewing gum and there are undissolvable bits that make your mouth feel like you've eaten dry atta. No matter how much you stir or how long you let it sit. I'm able to somehow gulp it down by adding 100% mixed fruit juice to mask the taste, but I need to add half water too otherwise it gets too thick and doesn't dissolve at all. Otherwise I would have continued to use.

Tip -Consult a dermatologist for serious and persistent conditions. At times it could be a nutrition deficiency or a raised thyroid. (In my case) Cons -The product fails to mention that it has added sweetner -the product does not mix well with water. Try milk or curd based drinks -There is no difference in my hair or scalp because of using this product in isolation. -A cheaper/ reasonable option is multivitamin capsules for hair growth, they show effects in just a few weeks. Unlike this product. Nearly a month of use later: I use this only as a flavouring for my shakes or to pamper myself on stressful days. I had to cut my hair till my shoulder as well along with vit D, calcium and Thyroid suppliments. Hey! This didn't work for me but I hope this review helps you to make an informed decision. I've only been using the product for a few days now. The delivery, product packaging, and the product itself was really well done. Flavour is fine, nothing weird - expect a light flavour, as long as you use the recommended serving size (I use 2 servings, in the spoon provided in the tin) and add an appropriate amount of water. I add a bit of ice as well, its quite nice that way. It mixes well in water normally, but I'd recommend mixing it up with a spoon while drinking it to ensure you don't leave any little bits of the powder in the glass/mug as sediment. Also, be a bit careful when you're opening the container to use it - the powder is very fine, and if you use too much strength, you could end up spilling it all over the place and having a massive clean up job. :) About the actual after effects and hair growth, I'm going to give it some time for a verdict, probably at the end of the given 30 day period. Will update this.
