Love this tea! Works well if you don’t want to take melatonin! Very soothing and yummy. I use two tea bags to get it strong enough.

I am incredibly skeptical of herbal remedies but I have trouble sleeping so I thought I'd give this a try. Not only is this tea absolutely delicious, but I have been averaging an extra hour or two of sleep a night.

If you want a great tea to use right before bed then I highly recommend this one. It has a very nice flavor and for an extra boost I add the skinny caramel mix that has zero sugar and 0 cal. There’s something very warm and relaxing about a cup of tea before bed. I was hooked from the first box that I purchased from Walmart, but knew I could get a bigger quantity for less money here on Amazon. So I bought the four pack instead. Great value and came quickly.

I like the taste of the tea it doesn’t have a big taste of Carmel but if you want more of a sweet taste then I would recommend to put some honey in it.

I love this tea. I love Yogi! I'm not sure why it's called caramel. it tastes nothing like caramel. but it does taste like a wonderful tea. it's become one of my staple teas.
