A Game-Changer!
This stuff is literally magic. I learned about the powers of Magnesium on r/Nootropics on Reddit. After some research, I learned that many Americans are deficient in Magnesium due to our diets, and that this supplement can help reduce anxiety and allow for better sleep. I bought this without really expecting much results, as I've used Melatonin to sleep in the past and did not really like it or enjoy the grogginess that accompanied the day after. However, this was completely different. I slept through the entire night without waking up in the middle of the night, which is very unusual for me. I usually never dream, but I do almost every night I take this-a sign that my brain is getting the deep, REM stages of sleep it needs. I feel relaxed, as if a weight has somehow been lifted off my shoulders. There are no after effects, and I feel wonderful the next day. The great thing about this form of Magnesium is that is is one of the most potent, and easiest on the stomach. This supplement, Vitamin D drops, a healthy diet, exercise and meditation have helped me increase focus, be more productive and feel great. I'll definitely be using these for life. I'm a 125 lbs female and take one capsule every night about an hour before bed.

So far, so good for what I need. Thanks IntraNaturals for a quality supplement.
I purchased this supplement because I was looking for a more bioavailable magnesium to help support recovery for my workouts. Armed with the general knowledge that most of us are magnesium deficient also helped my decision to try something different from what I was getting from local supplement chains. I'm no expert in the research but understanding what it is I need and what and how it will promote effective (potentially) results in overall health and wellness, more specifically; work out recovery is what led me to purchase this magnesium initially. I take 2 capsules in the evening on active recovery days or 4 capsules in the evening on heavy training days. To somewhat generalize these workouts or training days for me - I program within the following modalities: CrossFit, Powerlifting, Olympic Lifting, and Strongman. I don't stick to one training method because I believe that doing something is better than nothing - variety is the spice of life; a very bland statement, but its common sense, right? Here are some of the effects / results I have after having taken magnesium (more so this one than any other thus far): - Improved sleep quality - Reduced muscle fatigue (overall) and during workouts - Healthier gut I'm not going to dive into the details about the internal benefits of magnesium glycinate and its responsibilities (e.g. creation of ATP, blood vessel relaxation, promotion of proper bowel function etc.) because, again, I'm no medical expert - I just do the research and find out whats works best for me. If you are currently taking or looking for a magnesium supplement to potentially increase or improve your overall quality of life, reduce stress levels, decrease fatigue and muscle inflammation, sleep better OR all of these - then you should try this one. I don't think you'll be disappointed; I'm not.

Restless leg killer!!!
I have suffered from restless leg syndrome at night and it is awful. At one point, my marriage was suffering because I would have to sleep in the skate room. I was put on gabapentin and was eventually taking 600mg a night. I hated it so much. I saw someone recommending this and I thought well, I’ll give it a try. This is a miracle supplement. I went from having SEVERE RLS to having a slight episode maybe once or twice a month. I went from taking 600 mg of gabapebtin EVERY NIGHT to taking 100mg only when needed. I will NEVER stop taking this specific formula/brand. I think the glycinate formula is the difference because I’ve never had success with magnesium before. The capsules are larger than normal and I do sometimes feel they are “stuck” if I try taking them at the same time. But it’s an easy fix and I find that drinking a full 16 oz of water with the dose helps tremendously. Helps me feel sleepy and I have no side effects, no burping, no negatives whatsoever. There are no taste to the capsules that I can tell. I love this product so much, I will NEVER go without.

Great product -- but how much of it am I getting? Unclear labelling
So far they seem to be making a difference. I am a high-performance athlete and was struggling with muscle tightness and limited range of motion, no matter how much I hydrated, foam-rolled, or got massages. A fellow athlete suggested magnesium supplementation and I thought I would try it. I have had great improvement in my mobility without having to scale back my training. I have made huge progress now that muscle tightness isn't holding me back and making me miss training. I am also sleeping better and the best part is my menstrual cramps (which used to wake me up in the middle of the night, even after taking 1200 mg of ibuprofen before bed) have completely disappeared! The only reason I have given 4 stars instead of 5 is that the labeling is confusing. It says 300 mg on the Amazon listing, 400 mg on the barcode, but on the nutrition label it says that 2 capsules deliver 150 mg of magnesium. I can only assume this means the capsules have 75 mg of magnesium, and 225-325 mg of other stuff in them, but that makes it really hard to know how much to supplement. Alternatively, if the capsules have 150 mg of magnesium each, 2 capsules would deliver 300 mg like the Amazon listing (but not the barcode label) says -- however then the nutrition label should say either that 1 capsule = 150 mg, or 2 capsules = 300; not that a "serving" is 2 capsules and each "serving" delivers 150 mg (I hope that makes sense -- but you see why it is confusing!). I would love to get a straight answer from the company about exactly how much magnesium is in each capsule.

Excellent sleep aid!
UPDATE AFTER A MONTH: Well, I still can't live without this stuff!! Came back to order another bottle because the family has now caught onto it's "sleepy" effect for bedtime:) It has NO effect on my guts (and I have been dealing with gut issues for a year now so I know what I am talking about when I say it has zero laxative effect! ORIGINAL POST: I have Lyme disease and it has left me with restless legs at night. I can't hold them still. I twitch and cramp and the only way to relieve it was to stand on my legs. (Not an ideal sleeping position...) and then I was reading up on healing my guts (it's been a long year people) and I came across Magnesium and started to look into adding it to my routine (which is rather strict so I know what does/doesn't piss off the IBS type pains that accompany the Lyme bullcrap) and I tell you what. The first night I took 1 pill, unsure what would come. And slept pretty good. About an hour after taking it I felt my legs relax enough to sleep. The next night? 2 pills. SLEPT LIKE A BEAR IN WINTER for 10 straight hours! I have taken 2 a night for weeks and slept great until 2 nights ago I forgot and fell asleep...and woke up 1.5 hours later with restless legs! I rolled over and took just 1 Mag pill and in a few hours was back asleep. I will never make that mistake again! I also have MVP (mitral valve prolapse) that my cardiologist put me on beta-blockers for (years ago), but in researching the side effects of those compounded now with Lyme treatments, I stopped taking them. So the random flutters, thudding in my chest, pain after exercising all came back within a day. The beta blockers were nice...but the magnesium has now all but replaced them! I have a few funny beats when I lay down at night, but I haven't had one episode of randomness during the days and I wake up feeling much more energetic. I'm not a doctor, I'm not paid to take these, I just wanted others to know I found relief from some pretty stressful things all from adding these to my regimen. I switched to Keto type lifestyle and the IBS has not flared up in over a month. I was on 4 Bentyl pills a day and now? None. Diet can help a LOT in healing the guts. And any other Lyme sufferers out there, just know, I am praying for you! You can do it! (Oh and adding collagen to the same protein shake in the am has helped the stiff joints...if you have Lyme you know what I mean... I got it off Amazon too- let's face it we aren't going shopping in a store just to browse. It was- hold on- have to get off the couch to go see...you are worth the effort..."Collagen Peptides Hydrolyzed Type 1 and 3 unflavored from Sports Research" It mixes up tasteless and I started with half a scoop a day and that was doing something so I increased to a scoop a day and now no more achy hands, hips, knees, ankles, shoulders...you know the list. But they don't ache anymore:) Bless you all! (For reference I was diagnosed with Lyme about 7 months after being bitten (which is now 15 months ago) I had reactivated EBV (think mono) that would NOT go away for months and months and months (the antigens just kept climbing) and no one could figure out why, and then my cardiologist (bless his heart) said most Lyme panels return negative. So he started me on Lyme treatments and guess what happened after only 4 days? Yes. I was herxing and mad as *$^# the other doctors hadn't figured it out. I'm still in treatment, but I feel SO much better. The mono is almost gone (I get wicked tired but that can also be the Lyme) and I have many, many great days in a row of being productive and pain-free!

Most Amazing Results
This stuff saved my life. From 2008 to 2009 I suffered from mysterious and debilitating muscle spasms in my back and abdomen. These spasms began to appear after months of overwork; 14 hour work days, 7 days a week, month after month ( I am self-employed). At first the spasms were mild but then steadily grew in intensity, appearing not during the day but at night, beginning near sundown and subsiding at around 4 a.m. The muscle spasms were a ferocious, unrelenting misery that went on night after night, for fourteen months. Eventually anxiety accompanied these episodes as I began to fear the coming nightfall. My unhappy times culminated with a perforated ulcer and an emergency helivac, followed by emergency surgery. For some reason the spasms stopped shortly after being hooked up to an iv and feeding tube for ten days. I described the night spasms to my doctors but they had nothing to add except that I should see a shrink. Instead, I sold my house and retired. Fast forward to August 2018. Retirement was getting old and so I started a new business. After twelve months worth of 14 hour work days, 7 days a week I was back to sleeping with the devil. The spasms had returned and I thought for sure that I would never survive another year of this. I searched the web for answers. My first clue came when I stumbled upon an NCBI research paper connecting circadian rhythms and the intracellular exchange of magnesium ions. Another site associated muscle spasms with magnesium depletion caused by stress and overwork. Encouraged by the search results, I ordered four types of magnesium supplements to try. The first was Triple Calm Magnesium (Natural Rhythm) which had a mild effect that lasted only an hour. Next was Upgraded nano-magnesium liquid. It did seem to absorb faster (as advertised) and was a little longer lasting than Triple Calm, but not by much. With the nightly spasms getting worse I moved on to Nested Magnesium Glycinate Chelate. My thoughts on ordering this was that chelation would help with absorption. Forty-five minutes after taking the first pill my spasms began to fade, and the relief lasted for hours! I took a second pill at 10 p.m, went to sleep spasm-free and slept through the night. The next day I felt great, and as I did the day before, took a pill at 4 p.m., followed by a second at 10 p.m. and went to sleep. And so it has been for many days now. I have increased the daily intake to 600mg (four pills) and fully expect that it will take time, perhaps months, to re-build my magnesium levels back to normal. I'm sold on Nested and I'm sticking with it (never did try the fourth variety). Perhaps this review will help others with the same "Jeckyll and Hyde" condition that nearly took my life..

Best magnesium glycinate supplement I’ve found so far!
Long story short I started supplementing with magnesium after doing a deep dive into studying nutrition in the attempt at living a healthier life. I learned that most of us are actually deficient in this mineral due to the nature of depleted soil which means the foods that were once abundant with magnesium just no longer are. So for my particular case I’m supplementing with magnesium to fill in the gaps of my diet vs. addressing specific issues I’m dealing with. I will say that I have noticed the occasional leg cramps I would have at night on rare occasions no longer happen. I’m guessing the magnesium had something to do with it. I’m the type of consumer who scours through the pages for any given product in the search for the best one for my needs - in this case I look for high-quality supplements that do not contain nasty fillers, have good bioavailability, and are created by companies that actually seem to care about putting out quality products. Nested Naturals checked all those boxes for me so unless I can find a better product I will continue to buy these. I am currently on my 4th bottle of the Magnesium Glycinate.

Helped my Panic Attacks!
First off, I did a lot of research into magnesium and my possible deficiency. I then talked to my doctor and she said it would be fine to take supplements. I was taking Magnesium Citrate but it gave me diarrhea (but it would get better if taken with a meal). So I decided to try this magnesium and have been on it for 6 days at 375 mg a day (at three separate times) and I have had no problems with diarrhea. Each person is different though, but with this magnesium, I have noticed it doesn't matter whether I take it with meals or not. My body can tolerate the 375mg dose, which I am only doing for another week before I go down to only 300mg (just so I don't end up getting too much magnesium). I will say though, do not take all your magnesium at once (unless you are constipated) because you will be visiting the toilet! I think this is a really good magnesium product and I also like the fact that they are in 75 mg capsules (yes it says 150 mg because one dose equals two capsules) but it is awesome to have a lower dose because then you can adjust it to your own preference. Oh, and yes, my panic attacks have pretty much disappeared. Helps with heart palpitations and muscle pain as well! I would definitely recommend trying this if you have depression/anxiety/panic attacks!
