It works!
My Audi A5 2010 non MMI doesn't have aux activated for some reason, bought this and my aux works, aswell as connecting to Bluetooth device to connect Audio wirelessly. No loss in sound quality too!

Don't buy
The power lead doesn't charge but the Aux works fine. Have to charge from the 12v port instead 🤬
