very sturdy line.
The plug on my surfboard is small, but I was able to poke it through the holes with a tiny screwdriver. It did not damage the line at all.

just what you need
Perfect for leashes - I use this on all used boards I fix for customers or new boards I shape. I have used and trusted these string loops for many many years. they seem to last for ever. if you see a small rip, just replace it. i've kept mine on threads and ridden big waves on big boards no problem.

Snapped!
Maybe I got a faulty one, but this thing just completely snapped under a head-high wave, and I had to swim in...Not sure I'd recommend!!!!
