The flavor of this oil is excellent. I like that the flavor is not overpowering and complements everything.

We started using this olive oil after seeing Samin Nosrat’s excellent “Salt Fat Acid Heat.” It ups the quality of both our everyday cooking and special dishes. Sweet up front with a nice little pungency on the back end. Large bottle & superb value.

This is an exceptional olive oil excellent for recipes where the silky oil shine through. Makes an amazing pesto

I have used primarily for uncooked food so far - salads, cold vegetables. It is definitely the best I’ve ever used. Plan to make my own pesto next. A little expensive for me to use in most cooked foods. I was a trained and professional chef for part of my life. I am so enthralled, I will be trying more ROI from Italy.

I was watching tv and a travel show came on and they were in Liguria, the olive capital of Italy. My relatives are from there, so I thought I'd order a bottle and see if their claims were true. 15 minutes after I placed my order, the growers of THIS olive oil were featured. It is everything the said it was: sweet, fill-bodied and delicious! I definitely will order it again as the price is incredible!
