Great Look for our Bathroom
I like Moen as a product. I didn't realize at first that purchasing this product was the decorative side of things as opposed to a complete package but after a bit of research I realized it's a good deal. We enjoy the faucet and it was easy to install. The look of Brantford complements our bathroom and for a couple months of use the faucet works as expected, smooth. The water flow is not as high as I anticipated, but in retrospect it is sufficient and more waterflow would cause more problems for us. Our children are young and the faucet does a good job at allowing them to use it on their own and at the same time prevent major catastrophe. An almost 3 year old can cause a lot of damage with the wrong kind of faucet. I have bought Moen products in the past and this experience bolsters my positive impression of the company and product.

Georgeous while functional
We upgraded our main bathroom (2 sinks) and went with Moen due to past experience with their products and lifetime warranty. The installers said the redo to the Moen plumbing valve fixtures was easy and connecting to the Moen faucets was a snap. We love the design and how easy they are to keep clean. We have had to contact Moen about issues in the past, after many years usage, and they have always been pleasant to deal with while replacing the parts free of charge, including shipping.

Excellent product well built
Excellent product well built and looks great I purchased 2 of these for my master bath , they where not cheap but they are well put together I took one star off due to the fact that I needed to purchase an installation kit separately to install them I would rather it be included and one price !

Top notch stuff
This stuff is high quality. It almost looks too good for my sink. It is engineered to be easy enough for a non-handyman (me) to be able to install, if I read the instructions and think about them carefully. There was one panicky moment when I thought parts were missing, because the instructional diagram showed some kind of extra washer-like parts that were supposed to fit under the cold and hot water lever-mechanisms. There were no parts like that in my package. Finally I noticed the little asterisks next to the parts in the diagram, and read the explanation that these parts are not in every package that the instructions cover.

Great design by Moen
Bought this not realizing it did not come with valves...but I ended up keeping it and buying valves. Moen products are so reliable and their customer service is top notch. I do remodeling for a living and always buy Moen. Just touch one of their faucets and you know your touching quality. Valves were $77 so for $150 I have a customer who will get years and years of satisfaction from this faucet. And if they want to change handles and spout to a different finish you can and the valves stay put. Great design by Moen. Of course !

Trim Kit means you get no hardware!!!
I purchased the faucet because it was an exact match to my old one which is 8 years old and already so clogged its down to a drizzle. I didn't know absent of hard water a sink's life expectancy in the modern world is that short of a duration. We had sinks from the 50's in my house when I was growing un in the 80's, whatever. Yes, it's on me for not reading the fine print but I have been buying sinks for years, I moved often, and never came across just a trim kit. I think this is chicanery and misleading advertising. These people should be ashamed.

Easy install
Nice bathroom facet. I bought this to replace a similar faucet. Could not be easier to install as long as you already have the correct hardware under the sink. Thats cool I guess, but Im not sure what type of person buys 5 or 6 hundred dollar faucets then rotates them out like changing their clothes. One thing that does concern me is that the hot and cold handle stems are made largely out of plastic. I worry for their durability but Ive had mine installed for almost 2 years with no problems.

Like it and good service response
We completed a major bathroom renovation and used Moen faucets/hardware for the sinks and shower. They look terrific and have been performing perfectly. I did the finish installation myself and had no difficulties with the Moen plumbing system. (I'm glad that I read reviews here and elsewhere before buying so that I was not surprised to find out that the sink faucets are not complete without also purchasing the rough-in kit. Together they're not cheap but we expect they're worth it.) I did run into one problem with a leak around the aerator on the spout on one sink. Moen's telephone rep was very responsive and quickly shipped replacements.
