Coilovers looks great. Welds and machining is high quality for the cost. I opted for the silver finish to be a more subtle addition to my undercarriage, and the anodizing used looks great. The box included the spanned wrenches to adjust the height and spring preload, as well as some addition collars for flexibility to install on different vehicles. I like the brake line brackets, as many other coilovers I’ve bought did not include these, so you end up with zip-tied brake lines. These allowed me to lower my Civic on a budget. The ride is firm, but not overly bouncy. Definitely helped reduce the stock suspension body roll. I would definitely recommend these if you’re in the market.

The coilovers arrived on time and in perfect condition. One coilover was out of place from its foam slot but no damage at all. I checked each coilover for leaks and couldn’t find any. The thick bags each is wrapped in were dry as well. Welds are nice and uniform. Paint is even and a visually appealing satin grey. Surprisingly, they came adjusted with a preload of 4mm which I increased to almost 5mm or one full revolution of the collar. I believe they recommend 7-10mm based on a video or literature I found online. I wanted to start with 5mm and adjust from there if needed because my car is lightweight and I wanted a smooth ride. Before installing I went through all the adjustment knobs and got 24 clicks. All but one coilover have very satisfying and audible clicks. One coilover was a bit weaker on the clicks but no different from my 2k plus well known coilovers. I also fully unthreaded the lower bodies off all the coilovers and inspected the threads and fit and finish of the inside off the units. Paint was even and smooth on the inside as well, no snags or burrs. I went ahead and put a light coating of grease on the threads before putting the lower bodies back on and only felt a very slight rough spot on one coilover while spinning it back on. The fork spacing on the rears was even and aligned as well. No wimpiness there, thick enough material. I did tighten the center top nut on all. I wouldn’t describe them as loose but I felt better double checking it and snugging them up a tad. I wouldn’t recommend just slapping suspension components on without checking them but I probably could have done so with these coilovers and been just fine! Install went smooth and they ride great! I am getting a bit of a weird noise at times from the rear but I’m not sure yet where it’s coming from. So far I’m very pleased and let’s see how long they last. I will update this review as needed.

These are absolutely amazing on my 1997 civic 4 door. They ride so much better than what was on the car when I bought it a few weeks ago. I would definitely recommend these for the price. I’m glad I went with these

Best mod for honda..no complaints

Spring preload does not come set correctly. Top bolt for front struts need to be tightened(came loose within 1 month). Dampening adjustment on front struts failed after 6 months. Installation was rather easy. Everything fit well.

The top description says these are 8k in the front and 5k in the rear. If you scroll down the in the other product description, they say 10k in the front and 5k in the rear. Installed on the car, these are much softer than both specs advertised. I compared them next to my friends Rev9s and Skunk2s setup and these weren't even close to the same spring rate. I adjusted the preload as far as they would go and they were still soft. I had the older version on my last civic a few years back and worked great. These are a different version and are terrible. I ended up swapping them out for Skunk2 coilovers. Even the Yonaka coilovers my buddy had were the correct spring rate. These are garbage.

They were no match for the roads around here. But they were fully adjustable: damper rate, spring preload, height. The rears had too much space with aluminum LCAs. I had to use extra washers that may not be the right grade.

Great fit and ride for the budget. Easy to install and adjust.

These are my go too for cheap Honda performance and if you are a fabricator these are perfect budget friendly for modifying

Good bang for your buck. East to install, only took about 3 hours in the driveway with 1 floor jack, a 17mm, 14mm and some elbow grease. The dampander setting it came with stock was very loose, had lots of play. I adjusted it to the stiffest setting and it was perfect after that. Overall, if you are on a budget, great product for price. Would buy again

They came damaged and improperly packaged. Nothing to hold them in place and I received them with tons of scratches and dents. But despite the super poor packing they handle and ride very good for cheap coilovers and they are aluminium so she last long. They are infinitely better than racelands.
