giant case
The only reason I bought this aftermarket case was that I thought the HP50g does not come with a factory case. This giant case is advertised on the same product descriptions pages as the HP50g, leading one to believe that this giant case is made to fit the HP50g. It does not!!!!The picture of the advertisement shows a case that fits the HP50 just right, but in reality the case I received is significantly oversized compared to the HP50g. The outer dimensions of the closed case measure 8.75" tall x 5" wide x 1.75" thick. It leaves a 1/3" to 1/2" gap ALL THE WAY AROUND (top, bottom, left, right) the HP50g calculator.If I had known that the HP50g comes with its own snug-fitting case, I would have never ordered this giant aftermarket case when I ordered the HP50g.
