No , I just use a thick tarpaline to cover it because it does leak a bit.

Will this protect my rabbits from foxes?

If this is outdoor a fox can dog under to gain access to any rabbit it can also bite a tail picking through the wire as can a rat.

Does the doors to the ramps close

No it doesn't close but the main door does, it's very small & isn't really suitable for keeping hens in it all the time, I have 3 hens but they only sleep in it they have a much bigger run to go out in.
