I bought Camu Camu about three months ago. Forgot that I bought it and decided to start using it...just two weeks ago. I was suffering from sore throat and feeling the symptoms of allergies for around two weeks. When I decided to start using the Camu Camu did not have the slightest idea this would help me with allergies. The day after starting taking it I did not feel sore throat at all and no allery symptoms.I was wondering why I was feeling better. Three days went buy and still the sore throat did not comeback. Then I read that it helps with allergies. Furthermore, I was feeling more relaxed and even happier like around five days after I started using it. To my surprise, Camu Camu is a natural anti-depressant according to an article that I read a couple of days ago. Also, I am feeling more energy!!! Do not expect a good taste, it is bitter. I mix the powder with water in a shot glass and it is very easy to drink it faster.

While I had read the complaints of other buyers of the bitter taste of this product, I still ordered it because of the healthful benefits. At first I tried it in plain water...that went down the drain. Then I put some in a green smoothie...somewhat better, but I was left with a heavy taste that lasted quite some time. I went back to Amazon's comment section and reread many submissions...found someone who used orange juice. I used organic orange juice l/3rd juice and 2/3rds distilled water. Yes, the camu did not disolve, but I used a straw and kept stirring it around as I drank it...great surprise, I didn't taste any bitterness...in fact, I just tasted orange juice flavor!!! Use more orange juice, if needed...and don't throw the package away until you have tried this!

Vit C is not just ascorbic acid. You won't get the benefits unless from real whole food. THIS IS HIGH potency real powdered camu camu berries. Tastes delicious tart. Any who knows real health will only go for this or other real food for vit c

I literally spent a month reading reviews and doing research about Camu Camu powder . I finally made my purchase about a month ago and I'm beyond satisfisfied! Before using this organic/all natural vitamin C I wasn't really taking any other vitamins either. I would usually just make do with whatever comes in my vegan protein powder but then my allergies didn't get any better. Barely a day after using Navitas Naturals Camu Camu powder, my allergies started diminishing....now, it's like a different me! Watery eyes, stuffed up nose, itchy throat and ears all gone! And I don't use but a quarter of a teaspoon in my water, that's a dash and a dash is all it takes. This vitamin C is potent in many ways than one. Pricey but excellent, a tad bitter but add any juice of your choice and problem solved! I personally prefer water.Highly recommend!!!

I bought this product to make a vitamin c serum. If you want to make a serum, this is not the product to use. It does not dissolve at all in water and it leaves a brown residue on your face. I just decided to eat it in yogurt for the health benefits. When you look online for homemade vitamin c serum recipe, many sites suggest camu camu powder is the best. Well it is not. Your skin cannot even absorb it because it doesnt dissolve well in water or glycerine. If you want to make a serum use either L-absorbic acid or regular absorbic acid. I probally won't order again because it tastes awful in yogurt, I just don't want to waste my money so I force myself to eat it because it does have great vitamin c health benefits.
