Q: Will this fit the regular 2.0 version for this gun? Not just the 380 but the 380 2.0?

It fits my wife’s .380 EZ M2.0 perfectly.

Q: Does this fit the Performance Center version with the 3.8" ported barrel?

I’m not certain but I think the Performance Center ported version is the same size so I think it would fit.

Q: Why can’t it be used OWB?

It has a clip, but the orientation means if you want to use it OWB, you would either clip it on the outside right and have to draw with your left hand, or clip it outside at 10 o'clock (with your navel being noon) and draw with your left hand. So, technically it could be used OWB, but that is not how it is designed.
