Good battery, but if you need to completely replace the batteries on your vacuum, go with a 2-pack, as it might be more reliable. But if you only need one battery, this is a good option

Very disappointed to find out I now need to order another ...
Be warned that this is only one battery! Normally you need to replace both batteries in your Neato. Very disappointed to find out I now need to order another single. Total waste of my time and postage cost. The description should clearly specify that this is NOT a set.
