This is an excellent bargain! Just as good as the expensive one's at a great price. I buy these for our fire department EMS bags. We are rough on things and these stand up to the task. I buy them for all my EMS students.

Well made, good value. Looks like the one my doctor used. I can hear wheezing, or its absence, in my lungs while recovering from a virus. Then I can reduce the dose of the inhaler to "as needed". I could not do this without the stethoscope, since my wheezing was inaudible to me without one.

I'm not in the medical profession. I bought these to localize and diagnose minute sounds, for example, to determine if all the speakers in a set are working properly. So far, this stethoscope works fine.

This stethoscope has both a diaphragm and a bell, both of which are necessary if you are going to listen to the heart. It is lightweight and a good value

I'm a dialysis nurse and I work in/at 14 different hospitals. Needless to say, I've lost lots of stethoscopes. I'm always looking for different brands to try out and I got to say that I was very impressed at the quality and sound from ADC. It's light, comfortable, and the sound quality is actually better than brands that cost 4x as much. Try them out, you won't be disappointed.

The sound quality is not great, but if you are looking for cheap and not terrible this is adequate. We use it to listen to our baby's heartbeat in third trimester. Doesn't need to be perfect for us and works ok. It is not as good as the one my doctor uses (but that one is 4x as much).

My daughter is in training to be an EMT. She takes it to her class and to the station so she can practice.

I'm an EMT in New York and I decided to get these because the last cheap stethoscope I bought really showed - it came disassembled and I couldn't even hear my own breathing with them. These are very comparable to my Littman stethoscope and I can hear very clearly through them. At only $30, these are definitely a steal!
