I am so disappointed in this product. I purchased two packages of large heart shaped Mother/Daughter charms. Out of 60, only 6 were usable. Stained, tarnished and black spotted is how I would describe. No cleaning will help the permanent stains. Other kinds of charms from this seller are fine. Picture is very misleading. Buyer and seller beware.

Most of them had black marks on them that would not come off. I can't really do too much with them because of it. The wording and size are good... However, I don't know if the black marks on them are normal or what
