I searched for months to find a vegan alternative to my favourite applewood cheese as I am lactose intolerant. Came across this one and ordered it. It arrived yesterday and first thing I done was put it on a sandwich for lunch. I kid you not I would say if any non vegan/veggie were given this without knowing it is vegan they would believe it is the original applewood.

Grated this is fab in toasties and much beter than other vegan cheese avaiable.

Vegan cheese is so hard to do. It will never be like cheese from cows or goats. Bearing this in mind this vegan cheese is heads above the rest. I don't cook with it, just raw. I keep buying it so it must be good.

Closest in taste and cheesy melt I have tried, very pleasant
I must have purchased every vegan cheese sub on the UK market looking for that elusive 'real cheesy' taste and melt, this is the closest I have found, it is pleasant to taste and it melts like cheese should! Reason for 4 stars is because I am ever hopeful there is a 'real cheesier' one out there, or it would have been 5 stars, so not a fault of the product!

Not just the best vegan cheese, but all cheese.
This is THE best cheese I've ever had. This includes all cheese that I had before I was vegan. Is it worth the price tag? Yes. Would I buy more if it were cheaper absolutely.
