Hi, our warranty is 6 months parts & labor standard. We do offer 1 year for $149, 2 years for $249, or 3 years for $349.

Q: How many pieces does it come in and weight of heaviest piece?

There are a few versions of 610a.. the one in picture can be slightly disassemble (rear legs removable).. otherwise these are one pc units and weight approx 360lbs fully assembled.. In most cases it cannot make turns in stairwells etc.. If you check your direct website all specs are listed is discriptions on all models avail.. flashfitnessnj.com Charlie

Q: Do you offer shipping to place the Cybex in a room in my house?
