These calcium pills are pretty great, as is the "NOW" brand in general.I actually went looking for calcium supplements a couple of years ago on Amazon, and another reviewer recommended coral calcium. After some research I found that coral calcium is a great source of calcium.So I went with these, and the bottle comes with two safety/protective seals: a band around the lid, and paper under it. The pill is white, but covered so there's no taste, and very easy to swallow.There's no bad smell or flavor, and no weird taste or burp caused by it. I've never experienced that with a calcium supplement, but just in case you wondered... now you know.I've actually bought this specific supplement a few times now. At least once more from Amazon, and from a local store. My body needs the calcium and this brand works for me!
