No, I don't have bolster type Pillows.

Q: Are these any good for sitting on? Or do they just crush to nothing? Thanks

They would be OK but I think you need 2 of them as even sleeping on one pillow felt too flat. It's weird they feel really heavy and firm but they are not really. They also crumple out of shape if you stand them on edge of pillow to prop your self up in bed to read or watch tv
