2nd Quality
Unfortunately the dinner service had print and glaze defects, so 2nd not 1st quality. I did message the seller who didn't get back to me, I don't see why I should pay £30 to return the dinner service. That being said because it was a couple of plates and one bowl affected, I've decided to live with it but I do expect anything that's new to be in 1st quality condition unless stated otherwise. Note. After having worked in the ceramics industry, I do know what I'm talking about.
