Exactly as described. LOVE IT. I use it for migraines behind my eyes, its soft, soothing, and luxurious AF. 10/10.

I liked that this covered the lids and not just the around-the-eye area but perhaps because it could be a hot or cold compress, it loses its cool too quickly, absorbing your body heat and not providing a soothing coolness.

comfortable but does's stay cold very long

I bought two so I could have one in the freezer at all times. My eyes over the years have been giving me more and more grief and while I know it is chemical changes I find these masks help relieve some of the issues. Plus it makes me close my eyes..

I used it once and it busted open at the seams. Very disappointed.

This eye mask is awesome. When heated, it conforms to your face and works really well. Conversely, if you need it cold, it accomplishes the same purpose!! The best thing I have ever purchased for my dry eyes.

I found that this actually caused discomfort to my eyes if I kept it on for 15 minutes.

Doesn’t fit as I would’ve liked. Stays cold.
