I have huge amounts of respect for Gary Douglas for his constant willingness to invite people to a different possibility.... the freedom of not judging and limiting the crap out of ourselves.I had soooooo many “aha!” Moments during my reading of this book the first time round, and the second ! I do not doubt I will get even more when I read it again!If you truly desire to get present with you, how you’re creating your life, and what your choices will create (rather than what you hope or conclude they will create!) then I highly recommend reading this book.Behind words grateful for Gary Douglas and Dr Dain Heer for their kindness, generosity, willingness to always choose more .... and their unending invitation to others to choose greater too.

Interesting read! not finished yet but absolutely fantastic so far.

Trata-se da degravação de uma teleclasse interativa. É um material cheio de esclarecimentos que mostram os "perigos" de funcionar a partir de projeções e expectativas, e que traz ferramentas para nos livrarmos de tudo o que nos mantém nesse espaço! Indicado para pessoas que buscam viver uma vida mais consciente e fácil. Recomendo!

El libro es interesante. Su tesis es que vivimos una vida basada en proyecciones y expectativas que nos alejan de lo que es real y de lo que realmente queremos ser. Sin embargo, la forma de llegar a esta tesis es confusa y circular. Me explico:El libro está escrito en forma de entrevistas en la que la gente hace preguntas. La respuestas de Gary son extrañas y repetitivas en la mayoria de los casos. La mayoria de la gente dice "Oh wow" pero desde mi punto de vista no dice nada nuevo de lo que le haya dicho al anterior. Faltan fundamentos y herramientas para eliminar esas proyecciones y expectativas que no veo en las conversaciones.En cualquier caso, si no te importa estar un poco perdido mientras lo lees o quedarte con cara de poker ante algunas conclusiones que rozan lo sectario, no está del todo mal. A veces dice alguna cosa interesante y con fundamento. Lo dejo a vuestro juicio si os quereis arriesgar.

Uma leitura simples para quem busca conhecer seu ser verdadeiro. Excelentes ferramentas.Recomendo a leitura deste e outros livros dessa fantástica ferramenta chamada de Access.
