My issue is that at the time I purchased these products here I was new to the Laundress products and didn't know what to expect. That left me vulnerable in just believing I was receiving the real deal. I thought I better save a little bit in each bottle I purchased so that I could compare it to the products I would possibly purchase directly from the laundress site one day. Well I came across a sale going on with the Laundress on their site which they have sales alot making it more affordable to purchase for sure and ended up buying one of each of the products I purchased here so I could compare and see if I had two of the same products. In the end the two did not smell the same and upon looking super close at the labels I saw differences in the fonts and size of words etc. I then contacted the Laundress through text because they are that awesome and let you text with questions and asked if they sell their products on Amazon. I was texted back with a link to their area on their site that lists all the places they have authorized their products to be sold on which are a lit of various boutiques, the Container Store, Bloomingdale's and some others but not Amazon. I was quickly upset because this seems to keep happening with me and brand name items on Amazon and as much as I don't like to have to leave a negative feedback I just can't see innocent buyers getting a product that they think is real not be real.

I have been using this detergent since it first became available and I love it. It is very concentrated and I use less than their recommendation. It took me a while to get used to the scent but now it reminds me of laundry dried in the fresh air. Highly recommend!

I will definitely buy it again. I bought the whole line products of laundress.I personally like this one and cashmere wash. Unlike other bleach I used before,this one does not hurt the clothing at all,and you can also use it to bleach the colorful one.the clothing will clean and soft after use it.

I’ve been using this product for a few weeks and I’ve found it’s been working so great on my white clothes! Keeps them nice and bright but doesn’t cause damage.

I want this to be re-stocked so I can order again.It's amazing.
