Pros:It has a soft removable cover that's machine washable and the memory foam inside is just stiff enough to support my neck if I'm leaning back on a chair, which is what I wanted it for.Cons:It's larger than I thought it would be so it's too loose on my neck and can spin around if I move around. It would be nice if it fit snugly enough to act as a sort of neck brace without having to lean on it. The fabric makes my neck and shoulders hot and it smells weird. Hopefully that'll go away after the first wash.I liked the beige cover in the seller's picture and assumed that's what I'd be getting. When the box arrived, the pillow on it was blue. I liked that even better than the beige, so I was okay with it, but when I opened the box, the actual pillow was a dirty off-white. Just keep that in mind if you care about the color. I don't know what each buyer gets.Overall, I wouldn't buy it again or recommend it to anyone unless they have a tree trunk neck. I can alter it in a way that will make it a better fit for me as well as fill it with something else like beads if I ever feel like the memory foam is failing, so I won't bother to return it.

This pillow is not only affordable, it really does the job!! My husband and I are on our way back from Miami (as I'm actually writing this review), on the bus. This trip was a total of 60 hours round trip. It is not too soft and definitely not too hard. The foam is just right for super comfort and support for your neck. It doesn't sit too high on your neck like one of the other pillows I had purchased. I orginally bought this one for my husband. When I put it on my neck, I immediately ordered one for myself. I kicked the other pillow that I purchased for myself to the curve! The only down side is the color is too light. I took the navy blue cover from my other pillow and put it on this pillow. This pillow ROCKS!

I've been looking for the perfect one... not too hard... not too soft... This one is just right! It is made of nice quality memory foam and cushions/supports the neck just right. The first one I purchased online was WAAAAY too thick behind the neck and not high enough on the sides. This one has a handy snap so it actually secures around your neck and keeps the pillow properly placed under your chin so you are guaranteed a nice nap on the plane or car! Also, the cover is removable for cleaning. It is the ultimate travel companion!But wait, there's more..... it's perfect in the home too for use in your favorite easy chair. And if you sleep on a bed wedge (for acid reflux, sinus issues, etc.) it's INDISPENSABLE. Fellow sufferers know how impossible it is to keep a regular pillow on top of a bed wedge. I use this instead and it stays put and I don't slide down the wedge like I would with a conventional pillow! Genius!!! Okay, enough typing (**yawn**) time for a little nap...

We nabbed this, as opposed to a much pricier one we saw at a dept store, for a long road trip. The cover was cute, neutral, and soft - and WASHABLE, which I fully appreciate. The memory foam was actually quite nice - I wasn't sure what to expect and was pleasantly surprised to find it was likely identical to the department store version! My only small complaint isn't really the pillow's fault - I'm a teeny little woman with practically no neck, so it was a little thick (doubt they can make "short people neck pillows" LOL) but my husband found it fine and he's 6'3" with an actual neck! :)

Yo-I saw these and ordered one - it was delivered to me in just a couple of days. Tried it in my recliner for a couple of nights and promptly bought three more (two for mrsmike and another for me to use in bed).There are two sides to this pillow - one sorta sculpted and the other side flat. At the back inside of the flat side is slightly beveled - whereas the the back inside of the sculpted side is more abrupt. This allows you to choose which configuration is best for you and your neck. The density of the foam is 'just right' - neither too soft nor too hard - we REALLY have become attached to them and love them too.For just $10 - these pillows are a STEAL!! I suggest getting yours before they figure this out and raise the prices-eh!!

Given the price it is a good buy. The foam is comfortable and is ideally suited for long flights. Infact I feel this pillow would well suit people of smallish frame like me. However, owing to the light color, it tends to get dirty pretty easily. And the second problem I faced is that, the fastening button in the front, is of the flimsy sort. It came off within a couple of uses in my first flight itself.But still I am using it, since it is serving it's basic purpose.

Love this neck pillow. It is so soft and supportive. I bought one for myself and when I took the tag off it ripped through the stitching at the zipper--easy fix, I just sewed it up and good as new. I also bought one for my husband, and the snap broke through the fabric and you can no longer use the snap to keep it around your neck.Even with those minor issues, we both still love the support they give and how comfortable they are!

A BIT TOO LARGE. LARGER than the one I bought a few years ago. LIKES: The pillow is firm and keeps my face cool and off pillows when I stay at hotels and also at home (Hotel pillows can be full of germs).
