Too much space in between and too hard. Needs a super patient baby to draw milk out. Was desparately hoping this would be our key to switch from bottle to nursing. Epic fail

Compared to Piegeon nipples, it is much much hard. Not comfortable as compared to others, I would go back on pigeon again.

They only way my 8 month old finally latched, after being bottle fed throughout. I use it for night time feeds. Saves me the hassle of pumping at night and making a bottle

I have dealt with a shallow latched baby due to my forceful letdown mostly. I left the hospital with a different shield but it was a pain in the butt to stay on. I have large breasts, and at the start very flat nipples. The other shield didn't work ideal. It still choked her on milk too.I bought both of these larger shaped shields because I really had to try something, anything.Buy it!! It fit the shape of my breast, it stayed on. But the kicker is the reservation of milk in the nipple shield. It gave her time to drink. The orthodontic nipple shield by hakka she didn't enjoy as much. This one was perfect. I also could feed her milk from the shield as she was a bottle rejecting breast preferred baby. She would unlatch, or fight to poorly latch, but she took to this one well. She had wind pain too with needing burping 30 minutes after feeds. The vent on this was the boss! No longer had to do that. Feedings were greatly improved. She now just uses a weighted straw bottle.She just cut her first tooth and I did have to use this again for the big eruption day. The cases make them easy to store or travel with. My other shield brand had no case at all. I had to store it in an old mouthguard case. Feels more premium and sanitary with these for reuse too.

I’ve been exclusively pumping for 3 months and baby has never latched. I was gutted but stopped trying to directly breastfeed as it was just to soul crushing trying at every feed. I was intrigued at this nipple shield as it really protruded like a teat. I’m so glad I tried!! He latched straight away and I was shocked to see it full of milk after a bit of sucking to get the nipple really drawn in. Amazing! Not sure marketing it as a nipple shield is right as it’s very thick and not natural at all. It’s more like a bottle attachment for your breast! It’s so nice to leave the pump for a while. Give it a go!

Ich wollte wieder stillen aber meine Tochter ist extrem an die avent Flaschen gewöhnt . Habe es mit anderen stillhütchen vergeblich probiert und bin dayrauf gestoßen. WahnsinnEs klappt . Ich hatte die Hoffnung verloren aber mit diesem stillhütchen hat es von 1 anlegen gleich funktioniert. Auch rutschen sie nicht weg .

I LOVE the Hakka suction pump. Its a vital tool for us so far. I wanted so bad for this nipple shield to work for us. But my baby would NOT even touvh to. After a long 30 mins of trying and tears (on both our ends) I threw in the towel. And fed her via bottle. Its heartbreaking when you can't feed your baby and when they are introduced to so many nipples to try to get a latch, its worse. I am disheartened to say its back to the drawing board for this mum. My advice is the product didn't work. It was madw of silicone which was high quality, but so thick a suction was so hard for her to feed from.
