In the description, it stated that its 8.3 ft. The screen is only 84 inch, which is 7 ft.

works for 10x12 gazebo, but-
In my case this was too LONG, so the only way to fix it would be to unbolt my gazebo from it's screw anchor attachments and add blocks to the uprights so that the screen doesn't drag on the ground-there is no provision for the top attachment points being altered to correct this. of course the material is minimal thickness so I doubt it will last more than a season or two.

Netting is good
Replaced our ripped netting- fit our 10-12 just fine. Velco on our straps however snagged the netting before I even had all the panels up - so not as durable as I would have liked. I cut the velcro off the curtain straps as that was a bad idea in the first place.

Easy and fits perfect
I buy one each year because my dogs eventually cause a tear in it. It’s very easy to put up and great coverage

Is it really 10x12?
Check the size of your patio first. This product is smaller than I thought. I have a 10x12 canopy/patio but this net doesn't cover all of it. It is sturdy though and the empty space (that the net doesn't fit) can be used as a door.

Nice fitting replacement
Easy to install. Perfect fit Replacement. Looks great. A few pinholes in fabric that don’t seem to be an issue.
