This is such a great everyday toner, especially for the price. It honestly has everything I want from a toner : quick absorption, good hydration, enough moisture, and it helps smooth my skin texture too ✨ The texture is very watery with zero stickiness. It works well with a cotton pad, but it’s also just as nice to apply with your hands. When my skin feels dry, I even use it like a quick mini moisture pack 🫧 It sinks in fast and makes my skin feel soft and plump right away. What I love most is that it moisturizes well but still feels super light. I have dry skin, and this gives me enough hydration without feeling heavy at all. No oiliness, no residue, and no weird film left on the skin 🙌 Even though it’s a big bottle, the opening is really well designed. It comes out drop by drop, so there’s no spilling or wasting product — but it’s still easy to use 👍 It’s also free from artificial fragrance and artificial coloring, which is a nice bonus 🌿 With the large size and affordable price, it feels like a very smart purchase. The price point is super reasonable for how much product you actually get. This toner does more than just tone — it seriously hydrates and nourishes my skin. It’s one of those formulas that makes your face feel plump, soft, and refreshed without any sticky residue. HYDRATION is key! I bought this toner because I felt that I had a damaged skin barrier and wanted to restore my skin. I have oily dehydrated skin at the moment, and no amount of moisturizer will keep my oils at bay. I was looking for a hydrating toner that contained Ceramides or Panthenol. This toner not only checked those boxes but also contains Hyaluronic acid (hydration) and Centella Asiatica (soothing effect)! I also like how the ingredient list is not excessively long compared to other formulas. I have some rosacea spots on my skin and this toner did not sting my cheeks at all, but left my skin plump and hydrated! When I moved my facial muscles, I used to feel a tightness in my skin despite my skin being oily. After using this toner, I no longer feel the tightness in my skin and see less oil production. (I've also been using Krave Beauty products with this, just FYI.) I use the toner in the AM and PM and put 3-4 layers of the toner each time to rescue my skin barrier. Knowing TonyMoly's brand for a few years now, its cute packaging made me skeptical that this toner would do "wonders". Yet lo and behold, I can see this toner being a staple for a while. I live in a desert area near the beach, and this toner has provided me with great hydration. I also see this toner being effective in the winter months when my skin gets even drier. Also, the price point for 500 mL is such a great steal in my opinion! There is a slight scent, but I really enjoy the fresh, citrus/lemon scent and the smell dissipates quickly. I usually avoid heavily fragranced products, but I had no problems with the scent of this toner. The toner is milky and viscous, but the formula is runny like a liquid and adds to the hydration component this toner offers. Since I currently apply 3-4 layers of this toner at a time due to my damaged skin barrier, I can't say that this toner will sink into your skin immediately after one layer. However, it has helped all my other skincare products absorb better. When I initially bought it off Amazon, I was skeptical that this toner was not really from TonyMoly. Being the excessive person that I am, I bought this same toner from the official TonyMoly USA site and it's the same packaging as the Amazon one. (Too lazy to post pictures). Take it or leave it, this product is authentic folks! 9/10 recommend this toner if you are looking for hydration with some great ingredients and affordable price point! I think I love the fact that I happened to stumble upon this toner and was surprised by how great it is. I like it so much I secretly don't want other people to know about it.

I love a good hydrating toner, and this one did not disappoint. It is milky and fairly thick, And it layers nicely over my Round Lab Dodku toner. It makes my skin feel supple and nourished. This also works great under makeup: no pilling or clumping. It can provide a nice base hydration before serums/moisturizer/spf. The scent is also quite light. I am someone sensitive to fragrances skincare, and this causes me no issues- I actually like it a lot. The amount you get for the price is also a big plus! The only reason I am not giving five stars is because there are other milky timers I like a little more than this one (especially Tirtir Milk Skin and I’m From Rice Toner). But this is a great value and good, solid product. Highly recommend.

I love this toner! Just one layer leaves my skin hydrated, but a few layers leave my skin absolutely plump and soft! Works well under any serum and can be used morning or evening.

I fell in love with this milky toner after reading reviews about it. The reviews were right. This toner is very hydrating and it feels silky on the skin leaving it soft and subtle. This toner is now a permanent part of my skincare routine. Shipping time was excellent.

Have bought this toner twice and I will likely buy it again. I use it after cleansing, before serums and it keeps my dry skin moisturized and dewey looking for much longer than when I don't use. I will also use it under body lotion all over when my skin is feeling dry. Comes in a large bottle and a good value for the price. Definitely recommend, especially if you have dry skin, or in the winter.
