Q: Can you set this up to turn off lights if it senses no movement for xx minutes?

It's not that intelligent, but you can make it work. I have some Smart Wifi LEDs behind a mirror. If the motion sensor detects motion, the lights come on. The sensor can detect motion every 2 minutes or every 4 minutes (this is so that it is not constantly detecting motion and draining the battery as it's wireless). I have created an automation within the Tuya Smartlife app, to turn the lights on when it detects motion, then turn tem off again after 1:59 seconds. After 2 minutes has elapsed, if someone is still moving around, it will detect motion and start the whole process again. it just means your lights will go off for a second every 2 minutes (or 4 minutes) and then come back on whilst someone is in the room. Not a perfect solution, but works

Q: Can 2 sensors be used for tbe same bulb. And also can 1 sensor beused for 2 bulbs

I have 2 sensors either trigger all my smart bulbs 12 in all

Q: How long does the battery last?

About 2mths , but depends on use. I bought 6 of these. All replaced now, if that helps.

Q: Can this sensor be used outdoors ie is it IP65 weather proof?

No its not. Personally it's a poor bit of kit. My one stopped working after 2 months. When it did work it wasn't the greatest. Plus it doesn't work with Alexa
