Q: What cleanser/soaps are best to use with this for a deep cleanse?

I use Neutrogena Deep Clean, but this brush is *literally* like brushing with feathers. You won't get a "deep clean" with this brush.

Q: Has anyone tried using either side to massage in oils, serums, or moisturizer?

No, I use this with my foaming cleanser. I have Tatcha cleansing oil, but use cotton rounds with water to remove stubborn sunscreen. I really don’t think this brush would do anymore for absorbing moisturizer or oils in your skin. I also think the dense brush would absorb most of the product, which equals wasted product.

Q: Does this product include batteries?

It's not electric. It doesn't vibrate or rotate. It's just a brush! No batteries needed.
