The taste of foie is definitely more pronounced as an aftertaste than at the beginning. But still a tasty chip.

Blind taste testing with friends who love the occasional indulgence of real foie gras did not correctly guess the advertised flavor of these chips. Nice and crunchy, but perhaps not worth the premium price.
