Fjällräven Kånken Mini Brick One Size

I love my laptop size for during the school year, it’s outlasted any other backpack I’ve ever owned, but for just running errands it is a little big. I wanted something a bit smaller to use in place of a purse, and I’m so pleased with the mini! The quality is the same as my larger size, and while it is cute and small in person, I’m able to fit a water bottle, up to three books, my wallet, and a Polaroid camera all at the same time. Absolutely recommend! (But beware, I learned the hard way with my big kanken that they’re not waterproof if it is really raining)

I bought this to use as an everyday bag. I had a really tough time choosing between the mini and classic but ended up getting the mini as the classic would be an actual backpack for me and not purse sized. I was really frightened when I first got it, it looked super tiny. Then I started seeing what I could actually fit inside it and it was amazing, I felt like I bought Mary Poppin's bag! I can easily fit my water bottle, 3ds, snack, keys, wallet, phone, tablet, a few composition notebooks,and a cardigan comfortably. I usually don't carry all that though. I like the side pockets for my sunglasses and phone. The color and material are both really nice. The only problem I have with it is that I like it so much I want to buy the bigger one too so I have one for all occasions!.

The title says it all. I bought from Zappos and was confident I would get the real thing not a cheap knockoff. I have never seen/touched Kanken backpacks before so I assumed it was just a waxed canvas material and was so surprised and happy to find out that it is a super durable material much lighter than canvas. The bag is perfectly sized for my everyday needs, nothing too crazy since I'm not in school but great for my commute to work and walking around town. Very practical and ridiculously cute.

Excellent everyday use backpack! This mini backpack holds a lot of small things. It is very durable and cute. I am able to fit a standard wallet, a mini happy planner, 3 different size zipper pouches and a small notebook inside.

Nice Small Pack

After suffering back pains and neck alignment issues from carrying shoulder strap bags, I invested in this backpack for my daily gear. It's big enough to carry everything I need while small enough that there's not enough space to weigh it down too much with nice-but-unnecessary items. I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 because it doesn't have enough internal pockets (one!) for my purposes. However, I have an old Eagle Creek bag with a jillion compartments that I slip inside the Kånken Mini, and now my gear is well organized.

Love the color! It was true to the image online. The size and weight is perfect for my little 3 year old who is starting to tote around his treasures! We bought 2 of these in different colors and didnt do the water dip on one (instruction inside to help the color stay from rubbing off) It did rub off on clothes! The other one we water dipped did NOT. Dont skip that step. Love our new bags

Love this brand. Great quality. I've had the original 15" backpack in black for about a year now (use it every day) and it is still in perfect condition. I just got the mini day pack (in the color brick) to use instead of a purse. It's the perfect size holds a lot even though it looks small. Great for hiking and traveling.

Bin sehr zufrieden mit diesem Rucksack. Er ist ein original und sehr gut verarbeitet. Die Gurte sind etwas schwieriger einzustellen als bei der "normalen" Größe. Die Farbe ist auch echt schön, liebe den Rucksack!

This brand and bag is something I’ve been saving up for for AGES. I waited until Black Friday before I purchased this bag because it had a great deal. This mini one is around half the size of the main one, yet It’s still spacious and got that structure. The colour is deep and rich, it’s one of my favs. The luminescent logo that lights up when flashed means if walking around mate at night, people will know where you are. Perfect if you don’t want to lug about a bigger one or if you’ve only got a few bits and bobs :)

This bag has survived lots of traveling so far and it still in great shape.

I was very wary buying this from Amazon and was fully expecting to be sent a fake and have to return it, but I'm desperate for the brick colourway and it's sold out from everywhere else so I figured I'd take a chance and return it if I had to. I have three real Kånkens to compare it to, and I read up on all of the tell tale signs of a counterfeit. So I'm absolutely thrilled that this is genuine!
