Our bodies need more calcium during pregnancy, and when the growing baby is developing, your own body will suffer if you lack calcium because it's going to the baby. I take 2 droppers full (1/4 tsp) in a little water every night before going to bed. Then again when I wake up during the night. It helps with achy bones & muscles SO MUCH during pregnancy!!! It's also good to take a magnesium supplement along with it, as it absorbs the calcium, and the 2 work great with eachother! I take the Terry Naturally brand of magnesium called BioActive Magnesium Complex (available here on Amazon). Only 1 pill per evening followed by your herbal calcium dose. Absolutely would not want to be without this while raising babies n tots! Especially during teething. I thought it helped tremendously, eased teething difficulty and kept them from getting fevers so much.

I am breastfeeding a nine month old and this product has helped me keep my supply up the last four months since my period returned. If my supply seems low I take it and notice a difference in a couple hours. You can combine it with Maxi-Milk and get even better results. I also give it to my four year old at bedtime and it helps her relax and get to sleep.

We flip right into panic mode if the bottle runs dry before the next one arrives. Most amazing teething remedy ever. We have twin babies so teething could be a nightmare situation. With this stuff, its pretty much a breeze.

With so many synthetics injected into our bodies it is nice to have a plant based calcium supplament. Works great for my son. Not horrible tasting, but can be washed down or mixed with small liquid.

We bought this when our son was teething because he was grinding his teeth a lot. Someone had recommended to start giving him calcium to help his new teeth coming in. It totally worked! After a day or so he stopped grinding his teeth!
