I've been taking these raw probiotics for a few weeks now, and I've already noticed several positive changes. I've had gut issues for years, including constipation, diarrhea, and bloating. I am a firm believer that any sickness that involves the gut would always mean an inbalance between the good and bad microflora. This often happens to me hence my supposed "expertise" on the matter. Even though I already live a very healthy lifestyle with daily exercise and a clean and healthy diet (ok, maybe 80-90% clean and healthy, gotta live a little, lol!) I have already noticed that my digestion is better, and I just feel better overall. I am confident that I am helping my body to function optimally with this supplement.

We did not have any problems taking this supplement and it appears to be of very good quality with the level and number of probiotics that it contains. I did however switch products due to the price.
