You have a incredibly beautiful crimson eyed, crimson haired beauty who puts major moves on the innocent and naive hero in the chapel, of all places. He's naturally blown away trying to figure out why such a hot girl would want to get intimate with him. Little does he know just how special she and he both are nor does he suspect the ancient ties of fate that bind them together.This series has it all; the incredibly beautiful vampiress, Lillith, with her loyal werewolf familiar; the naive boy, Shinta, who is the last in a line of ancient "slayers" and the object of the vampire's intended affections; a powerful magic sword and an interesting twist that concerns why Lillith is so eager to have Shinta's baby and what she plans for Shinta afterwards. Not the usual relationship between a vampire and a slayer, is it? But then, neither was the relationship between Buffy and Angel in the Buffy The Vampire Slayer series.The art work in this series is absolutely superb and presented in a very tasteful way that is actually more erotic than the plain old blatant style you see in most erotic mangas.All in all, this is a great new series with a great story line and interesting, well developed characters. I hope they bring out the next volume very soon!There is also an Anime OVA adaptation of this manga available now in Blu Ray. But since that ships directly from Japan, the odds are that it is Japanese only version without English subtitles. There is a DVD version listed on Amazon as well but it shows as being unavailable at this time.
