You can't do better than this Daisy BB pistol
This is a great BB gun. It is very heavy and has the feel of a real gun. It looks exactly like a real gun (so be careful showing it). The front barrel section has a 9MM operning and the smaller BB barrel is set inside so If you pointed it at someone from a distance they would definitely think it was a real 9MM so don't go flashing this gun at people. The CO2 cart is well hidden as is the thumb screw to load the CO2. They are invisible once installed so there is no indication on the outside that this is a CO2 pistol. The Daisy and other embossed words on the gun are almost invisible so that is not an issue with regard to looking like a real gun. It is easy to load and has yet to jam. It is all plastic but is made out of what appears to be military type ballistic plastic so it has a good feel and does not feel cheap at all. The trigger pull is not too hard and not too easy. You can shoot this gun all day without putting a blister on our trigger finger like some other CO2 pistols do. It fires as fast as you can pull the trigger but during cool weather you need to wait for the CO2 cartridge to warm up again because with each shot a CO2 cart cools off which makes it less powerful until it warms up again. I especially like the safety on this gun. The red indicator (safety off) is easy to see and the safety itself is easy to set on or off. The best thing about the safety is that when the safety is on, it does not block the trigger like other guns. When you pull the trigger with the safety on the trigger does nothing. That makes it easy to determine if the safety is in fact operating properly. The site tip is easy to see but I do not use it because I am more of an instinct shooter with pistols and don't really need to sight them. The noise is about the same as any air gun. It is loud enough to know it is some type of gun but not so loud as to hurt your ears or sound like a .22. The safety glasses are big plus because BB's have a tendency to ricochet and you don't want to lose an eye. The three CO carts and tube of BB's will last long enough for the rest of the ammo you ordered to arrive. I believe the best results come when you use the OEM products so I purchased Daisy CO2 carts and BB's. They seem to be of very high quality. So far, I have fired 80 BB's from the first CO2 cart and the pistol still has power. I have not noticed any reduction in power as I shoot each set. I have a CO2 pellet pistol and after the first 10 shots the velocity of the pellets drop dramatically. I shoot his pistol in my garage. I put up a 3/4 plywood backstop and glued a 3/4 high density styrofoam home insulation panel to the front target area so the BB's won't bounce back at me. I had a roof rat living in the roof of the garage that was causing havoc that no one could catch. I was able to stalk him and take him out with one shot. This thing has power. I would think this gun would make a fine training aid at police training facilities for new students or for simulations. For the money it just can't be beat and I am glad that Daisy still makes fine BB guns. I am definitely pleased with this purchase and the price is great!UPDATE! As if this gun was not a really nice gun. I have owned many CO2 pistols in the past. If you leave a CO2 cart charged in the gun it will usually leak out over a longer period of time and probably damages the seals etc. I found out you can insert a new CO2 cart in this gun, not actually turn the device to charge the gun, and the handle piece (covers the CO2 cart and screw device) will still fit in the gun. This means you can load the gun with a new cart, load it with BB's, and when needed you can simply twist the screw device to charge the gun and it is ready in two seconds. The handle piece removes easily and installs just as easy. I bought an inexpsensive holster for this gun and I keep it in the holster, loaded, safety on, and with a new cart ready to twist and install. So far the carts have provided about 80-100 shots before losing enough power to not be effective. This gun also has fittings for lasers and flashlight devices. Daisy really went all out on this gun design. All it needs is a rifle stock attachement to make it perfect.

Seems Good
A little heavier than I would have liked (weak wristed senior), but nice. Lot cheaper to shoot targets w/BB's than using bullets!

Cheap, but powerful
This pistol feels like a toy, it operates like a toy, but it'll bury a BB in a solid wooden door. It's a big pistol (At least for my hand.) and it's fairly light. And it pretty much feels like the dangerous toy that it is. To compare, I have a Walther CPP air pistol. The Walther is built on a metal frame, has serious, realistic heft, good recoil, but at 350 fps, kind of meh. It looks, operates, and feels like the real deal. This Daisy is big (Almost too big for my hand.) and light, no recoil to speak of, but it does pack a punch. This is a good pistol for pest control or plinking. If you're target shooting indoors you really need something to contain the ricochet. I use the Walther indoors all the time, but I only shoot the Daisy outside. Bottom line: Nice, powerful pistol at a reasonable price, but in that gray area between toy and weapon.

Just Buy. You will love it!!
OK. So skip all the following and just go order it! It is that good. You will want to purchase another after you get your first so you can shoot together with family and friends. You will love it and not find a better quality, more accurate, rapid-fire, high-velocity BB Pistol anywhere near this price, and that is without the accessories they throw in for free.I am 63 years old and have been shooting BB & Pellets, pistols, rifles, and high-end pellet rifles for over 50 YEARS. This is the best value in shooting fun I have found in all those years. And not just value, it is precision made In Japan. Not some slave-labor country with crap quality control. Let us break it down (skip this if you want to be negative):Shooting Saftey Glasses $6.00 Min and these are Nice!BB's @ 350 $1.503 Daisy CO2 cartridges $2.25 (can be had in bulk, suggested, at a much lower price)So right off you can subtract $9.75 from the total price of $40.0 and it is now just $30.25 and you can go shoot within 3 minutes of having it in your hand! I have put about 4,500 BBs through mine and it works amazing and is very, very powerful. I suspect if tested the velocity is higher than Daisy is saying it is. I went through my 350 Daisy BB's and shot the 4,500 Hornady Black Diamonds which shoot even more accurate. It feels right in your hand and you can rapid-fire accurately after just a couple CO2 cartridges. It feels like and looks like a real firearm and makes a bit of a pop as well.I am giving these out as gifts to my kids and friends this Christmas knowing they will love it, can shoot it as soon as they get it, and it is a Quality pistol. My two suggestions: 1.) Buy from amazon "Crossman Pellgun Oil" and put one drop on the tip of each CO2 cartridge before installing for seals to last a lifetime and for nearly zero pressure loss when installing a new cartridge. 2.) Buy from amazon "Hornady Black Diamond BB's" as they shoot way more accurate in a pistol that is already more accurate than you are! Enjoy this great Pistol. Be Safe! Wear the glasses or you could shoot your eye out! (BB's bounce back where pellets squish)

Don’t bother buying a box of BBs
The gun was accurate and easy to fire when it worked but since there are a bunch of reviews with the same issue. I’m guessing you can’t leave the CO2 cartridge in the gun or it ruins seal. I used it a couple of times on critters then I didn’t use it for a couple of months. Of course the cartridge was empty as expected but inserting a new cartridge with oil it was leaking. I couldn’t tighten enough and it wouldn’t fire. I loosened the cartridge (still leaking) and was able to get it to fire but only a few feet. I tried several cartridges with plumbing tape and other ideas from the web but nothing worked so it’s useless. I am however enjoying the crap out of my new Crosman fully automatic BB rifle.
