I don't like tight elastic in waist, do you know if the elastic waist band for M/L is comfortable not very tight?

I'm sure I bought a size larger than yours, and the elastic is only uncomfortable when it rolls down because of my belly fat. When the band is in the right position though, I do not find it to be tight.

Which color is which? I'd love for memoi to do better work on their Amazon pages so I didn't have to ask.
