The product was delivered on time, each bottle snug and not a break to be seen. And the seller seemed VERY intent on making sure the product was the best in both performance and looks. That being said, it's really hard for me to say anything negative about someone so intent on praise.However...yes, the dreaded however...of the four bottles I've used so far, two have had roller balls that refused to roll.I can't figure out why since the product being rolled is a mixture of essential oils and an unscented oil base (for perfume). You (or at least I) would think that oil would make the proverbial squeaky wheel, or in my case, the silent ball (yes, I laughed at that because I, at times, have a brain which regresses to that of a 12 year old boy) roll as intended.In reading "helpful hints" about making perfumes using the oil bases, it's not recommended to use metal roller balls as they tend to fall out with that much oil involved, therefore, I'm sticking with the plastic balls (with glass bottles). I found on the last non-rolling roller ball that if i "jimmied" it around, it finally started to roll. My fear there is that, as a result of said "jimmying," it'll leak if allowed to be in any position other than top up.As the price and service intent are both more than fair, I would consider buying the same product from the same seller again. Not a glutton for punishment, just a sucker for nice service.Yep. I'm not much of a complainer. In public that is. ; ]

I have tested all 6 bottles/ball inserts. Ball will not roll regardless of what liquid I use in the bottle. I even tried plain water...no dice. Not sure what the problem is but I expected smooth rolling function and I am not getting that at all. Very disappointed.

So far so good... I've only used one but they seem to work very well. Looking forward to filling the rest with other essential oil blends. Application is so much easier with the roller balls and these ones are a good deal for the money

So far so good! Perfect size to put in your purse or office desk. No leaking and easy to fill. My first purchase of a roller bottle and I am pleased.
