There’s not much to dislike about this tool. A solidly assembled product which does exactly what it was made to do. You are paying for quality and reliability and this is good value.

DO NOT BUY FROM HAIR PRODUCTS ONLINE LTD!
Product is good but after charging for only the second time I noticed it wasn’t charging properly, then heard a rattling sound inside the trimmer. The usb cable inside had come loose. It wasn’t soldered on properly, product is cheaply made, not worth value for money. TERRIBLE customer service from hair products online ltd - unhelpful, rude and arrogant.

Received it today and used it on few heads Powerfull but not as the whal detailer ... No bark no bite all the hype on social media is a joke ... These barbers hyping this machine must work for gamma I’m so disappointed... Sending mines back ASAP
