Reloaded: Natural Hair Loss Secrets for Safe, Effective Hair Growth

I'm usually not a big believer in these types of books, but I figured it couldn't hurt to try some natural remedies that are not only beneficial to hair but also have positive health effects. I decided to try the book's natural hair loss remedies because I wanted to be proactive but not in the form of Rogaine or Propecia. I felt there had to be a better way. What I love about the book is that it gets straight to the point, talks about each remedy, why the remedy is important, the method, and the author's personal experience with it. In the end of the book, there is a chapter called the Action Guide, which is a great reference to all the hair remedies talked about throughout the book. The Action Guide is great because it makes a list of category ratings so that one can assess if it is worth trying 1 remedy over another. I think the biggest thing to understand is that there is not a 1 remedy cure all, but its a combination of things that makes your hair grow back. My goal was to pick remedies that not only would help with hair loss but also provide a health benefit. In my case, the biggest difference makers have had to be the coconut oil & the hemp protein. Since the time of this writing, I have been following the book guidance for about 7 weeks. I can definitely say I have seen an improvement and my wife notices too :) It is important to note that once you find what works for you, you will need to continue it forever. If you stop, the hair will just fall out again. It's kind of like working out, if you want to see results, you have to keep at it. For anyone thinking of trying out the book, give it like 4 weeks. What I did was take a picture before I started, and a picture 4 weeks later so I could see if it was working or not and sure enough there is no doubt that it is. Overall, I couldn't be happier with the advice in the book and glad I gave it a chance. Side note: I had some questions about the different remedies and was able to email the author directly (email is in the book). He was very prompt with his replies and always gave me good advice.

The book is easy to read and it might work for the people who are patient. I don't have the time to follow the book but I have learned somethings.

The book surveys a lot of methods and potential natural solutions to solve hair loss problem. It's written and structured exactly the way I wanted it to be. It contains the proposal, what scientific evidence it has, what the web community thinks about it, what the author's direct experience with it. It even contains the specific products to use (in terms of brands) and the ones used in scientific study or what people were reporting. And of course the recommended dosage and any side effects/contra indication if there's any. Obviously not all recommendations would work for everyone since hair loss is a complex problem and the actual cause might differ between one individual to the next. But this book is excellent - I really don't get the other 1 star review.

I purchased this product a few months ago, but wanted to try it out before making any statement. The solutions suggested by the author work well, but it will take some time before you see big results. Personally, i noticed some hair regrowing, but not as fast as i wanted. It's been about 3 months since i began applying most of his suggestions and they have been working quite well. Do not worry if you don't see much change initially as it will take more than a month to start seeing significant improvements. The only reason i didn't gave this product a 5 star review is because it seems to be working at a slower rate than what the author claimed. In any case it does help greatly just have to be a bit patient.

Great book! Very informative and detailed. I like how the author get's straight to the point. Cause when your losing hair, you have no time to waste! I like how he explains why you may be suffering from hair loss in the first place. Then he gives you details on products to try (such as oils and supplements) that could help with your hair loss.

This book is a sham and should be taken off the amazon website.

I found this book very informative. I think people can achieve success following his suggestions if they don't have hormonal/thyroid hair loss.

There is no way not to see improvement with this protocols! I am working on my fourth month following the directives from this book. For me weather these therapies help to strengthen your hair and stop hair loss is out of a question, my hair is also much more manageable right now. I've noticed a ton of regrowth of small colorless hairs on my crown where I was completely bald, the remaining challenge that I have is to be patient and wait to see if these can become terminal hair. But again these advices will provide with indisputable results to your hair health. I just wished I've had this information 10-12 years ago.
