Sisal Does Not Sizzle
This cat scratcher is not a good value. The sisal is not glued down and quickly comes apart from the base. (carpet does stay attached) I gave it three stars, because my kitty loves it and still uses it. She had another one (same design) that lasted for years, this one has only lasted a few weeks before it started to fall apart. For the price, it is not worth it due to poor construction.

Strong enough for a cat gang
Finally got a scratch post who hold up to my cat gang ...post still in one piece barley to see where cats trained their claws on..good material and workmanship...Can recommend the post to cats parents...worth the money.

Cat scratcher
These are very sturdy...I'm a repeat buyer. Instead of hanging on the door, I secure it under the leg of a chair. The cat loves and uses both of the two I have put in different rooms!

Second one purchased
My cats love this hanging door scratcher and it saves my furniture from otherwise naughty behavior by them. When I bought the first one, all three cats completely ignored and then one day, one gave it a try and of course the others had to follow and boom, it was a success. So effective, I had to replace with a second one. So if you cat does not warm to this right away, I would say, to keep it hanging and they may just take to it.

It's oddly hard to find a good door hanging cat scratcher, but this one is solid. Holding up better than the others I've bought in the past.

Grim Loves this scratch post. I ordered this to supplement the larger floor post. They are both worth the investment but if your place is small these are a great way to give the kittens a place to scratch. If you can fit a full-size post though, you absolutely should. Cats use posts not only to sharpen nails, but also to stretch and exercise. If they can't fully extend, the post isn't tall enough for them.

Good product
My cats like it but too heavy to hang on a door knob. We use it in our catio and the cats use it all the time.
